Shipping
We post cards from Ireland across the EU. Delivery times vary by destination. Any shipping cost (or that it’s free) is shown before you pay — there are no surprises at the payment step.
If your card doesn’t arrive
If your order hasn’t arrived in a reasonable time, email hello@mumbucks.ie and we’ll resend it. We’d rather you had your card than be out of pocket.
Your right to change your mind (EU)
As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, contact hello@mumbucks.ie within that period. We’ll explain how to return the card and refund you in line with EU consumer law.
Damaged or faulty cards
If a card arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we’ll put it right with a replacement or refund.
