When will my card arrive?
Ordering opens soon — the cards are in final production. Once ordering is live, cards are printed and posted from Ireland across the EU, with delivery times shown at checkout.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The app is free and the card is a one-off purchase — no subscription, no monthly fee.
Can the card be used in shops?
No. There is no cash on the card and no bank account behind it, so it cannot be used to pay in shops. It is a tangible way to track saving and spending in the app.
