Mum Bucks is operated by a sole trader based in Ireland. For any privacy question, contact hello@mumbucks.ie.
What we collect, and why
We practise data minimisation — we only collect what we need to send you a card:
- Your email address — to confirm your order and contact you about delivery or support.
- Your name and shipping address — to fulfil and post your order.
We do not collect or store your card/payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as our payment processor.
Legal basis
We process this information to perform our contract with you (getting you the card you bought).
Who processes your data
- Stripe — payments and checkout (acts as a data processor / independent controller for payment data under its own terms).
- Cloudflare — DNS and email routing for
hello@mumbucks.ie. - Firebase Hosting (Google) — serves this website.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and customer-support purposes, then delete them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can object to or restrict processing. Email hello@mumbucks.ie and we’ll respond. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
