Do I need an account to buy?

No. Checkout is guest-only — just an email and a delivery address. Your child’s app account is separate.

Where do you ship?

Across the EU to start, posted from Ireland. Shipping and VAT are shown before you pay — no surprises at the last step.

How does the card work with the app?

You can register the child’s card with their profile in the app. When they tap the card to your phone, the app will open at their profile. Tapping then also makes collecting rewards and pocket money a tactile experience that opens a conversation for you and your child about saving.

What if it doesn’t arrive?

Tell us and we’ll resend it. You’re also covered by the EU 14-day right to change your mind.
